And to all this, we must add the intention that the great circus has that in 2022 the engine works with 20% biofuel and worse in 2023 when 100% bio fuel is adopted.
All this will exert great pressure in the meeting on the 26th. Mercedes seems to be the team that could be more in line with Red Bull. Renault could also be, if along the way it is achieved that the difference between the different engines is a maximum of 10CV. But at Ferrari they are opposed to all of them, all of them.
After everything that happened with their propellant in recent months, they do not agree at all on a supposed freeze. Those of Maranello believe that motorsport is called motorsport precisely because motors must be an important part of the package.
For Ferrari, it is out of the question that the biofuel project is suspended just because Red Bull wants to get away with it. At Maranello he believes that this development is too important for the future of sport.
